Tourist attractions Hiroshima
Hiroshima, also called the city of peace, is the biggest in Chugoku. On 6th August 1945, the atomic bomb completely destroyed every building in the city centre, except what is currently known as the Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Dome, declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in recognition of the destruction of nuclear warfare in the city.
