Curonian Split
Tourist attractions Curonian Split
A thin curved sand split which separates the Curonian Lagoon from the Baltic Sea., designated a UNESCO World Heritage site. This is the most important natural attraction in Lithuania. The peninsula, which is 5 kilometres wide and 100 kilometres in length, forms a fascinating world of sandy beaches and y pine groves to explore.
