What to see in Faroe Islands
The island of the bays, as its name is translated, is one of the essential stops if you plan to travel to the Faroe Islands, because it is where the only airport in the archipelago is located. The island is also connected to the capital, Tórshavn, through an underground tunnel. One of the main charms is the practically virgin nature that flourishes on the island. Among its points of interest are its waterfalls: Bøsdalafossur, 30 metres high, Múlafossur and Reipsáfossur. Also its mountains, of which there are more than 40. It is one of the favorite destinations for walkers and nature lovers who travel to the Faroe Islands, since the land is practically unexplored.
