Breakfast at the hotel. On the journey to Ankara, we will cross the mountains of Bolu. Arrive in Ataturk and enjoy a visit to the Ataturk Mausoleum, inaugurated in 1953 and dedicated to the founder of Modern Turkey. A walk down The Road of Lions will take you to the Ceremonial Plaza where you will be able to admire the construction of the building consisting of a block of marble and columns weighing 40 tons. Lunch at a local restaurant. We continue our journey towards Cappadocia. Arrival, transfer to the hotel, dinner and accommodation.
Breakfast at the hotel. We will embark on a tour to the fascinating region of Cappadocia. An original landscape formed by the erosion of soft layers of lava and ash from ancient volcanic eruptions produced by Mount Erciyes and Hasan 3 million years ago. Visit the Goreme Valley Open Air Museum, an incredible Byzantine monastic complex containing the finest of rock-cut churches, with beautiful frescoes. We will then visit the Valleys of Avcilar and Güvercinlik, where the so-called "Fairy Chimneys" are located, an underground city built by the ancient local communities to protect themselves from attacks. Lunch during the visit to a local restaurant. We will end the day with a visit to the Traditional Hand Made Rug, Onyx and Turquoise Stone Workshops to learn about the production of these products and have the opportunity to purchase good quality souvenirs at good prices. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning departure to visit the Şehzade Mosque (Şehzade Camii, in Turkish). It is one of the most outstanding monuments in Istanbul, as it can be considered the first representation of classical Ottoman architecture. We will then take one of Istanbul's most famous activities, a boat trip on the Bosphorus Channel, a narrow straight that separates Europe and Asia. During the journey, we will see the Sultan's Palaces, old and typical wooden houses and enjoy the history from a different perspective. We will end our day with one of our most popular tours, The Spice Bazaar, once the International Trade Centre established by the Ottomans 5 centuries ago. We will have some free time to explore the vibrant atmosphere. End of the visit in the Egyptian bazaar. Accommodation.
