Important cruise information
- **Crew: The boat crew is English-speaking. Prior to your trip, you will receive a Welcome Letter with all important cruise information, the daily menu details, and useful information for your stay.

- The itinerary is subject to change due to adverse weather conditions, docking difficulties, or other unforeseen circumstances. Decisions will be made solely at the captain’s discretion, prioritizing the safety of the vessel and the group.

- Our gulets are motorized vessels which, although equipped with sails, primarily use the engine for navigation. The use of the engine allows us to guarantee punctuality and meet all scheduled stops of the weekly itinerary, avoiding the unpredictability of the wind and ensuring you can enjoy every planned destination.

- All ports where we dock during the cruise — Corfu Old Port, Sivota, Parga, Antipaxos, and Paxos (Gaios–Lakka) — are public. This means they operate on a first-come, first-served basis. For this reason, and especially during high season (July and August), our vessels usually arrive and dock between 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm to secure an overnight berth.

- Captains cannot reserve berths in advance, so the earlier we arrive at each port, the greater the chance of availability. If no berths are available, the boat will anchor in a nearby secluded bay previously agreed upon.

- The onboard cleaning service includes daily basic cleaning of floors, dusting, emptying trash bins, bathroom cleaning, and disinfection of common areas. During the weekly cruise, bed linen and bath towels are changed once. Beach towels are not included.

- Cash: Due to the remote and traditional nature of the cruise route in this region of Greece, ATM availability cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, the vessel is not equipped with card payment terminals. Therefore, we recommend carrying sufficient cash for the entire trip.

- The onboard Wi-Fi router works only when the vessel is connected to the port’s electrical grid or when the generator is running.

- Showers may be used at any time of day. However, please note that when docking at ports, engines are turned off to ensure rest. As a result, after midnight the water flow is reduced and hot water will not be available.

Air conditioning
- Air conditioning on board only operates when the generator is running. However, due to local port regulations, generators cannot operate after midnight, so standard A/C is not available overnight. During the night, electric fans will be provided in the cabins for greater comfort.

- As the journey visits authentic and hard-to-reach locations, the electrical capacity at the ports of Corfu, Sivota, and Plataria is limited and may not support the simultaneous use of all air conditioning units.

- In the ports of Parga, Antipaxos, Gaios, and Lakka, where there is no external power supply, air conditioning use will be limited to the capacity of the boat’s batteries or generators, in accordance with local regulations.

Important Trip information:

• We recommend taking cash in the local currency with you on this trip, as withdrawing cash at ATMs is not always possible or easy in Greece. City taxes must be paid in cash directly to the hotels.
• Due to the nature of the destination the terrain can be uneven at times, it may require you to walk on a rocky path, and up and down hills.
• For wheelchair users this trip is upon request and it is recommended to travel on a private basis, please contact us for further information.
• Please note that bedding preferences are subject to availability at the hotels upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed.

Important information regarding ferries:
• In case of adverse conditions, there may be changes to the ferry timings and durations.
• During the ferry journey, please be advised that stops may occur at other islands. We recommend staying alert to announcements made via screens and speakers, ensuring readiness to disembark at the designated stop.
• During the ferry journey, passengers prone to motion sickness are advised to carry motion sickness pills for a more comfortable voyage.
• It is crucial not to lose ferry tickets as they cannot be reprinted. In case of loss or misplacement, customers will need to repurchase them.
• Customers are not permitted to bring luggage into the seating area. Luggage must be placed in a designated luggage spot by customers. It is recommended to tag luggage to avoid confusion with other passengers.

Accommodation at the hotels is as indicated. In the event of any changes to accommodation, they will always be of the same, or a higher category. The category of hotels is not standardized across all countries in the world. For this reason, the criteria may differ depending on the destination country's own standards.

In the case of adverse weather conditions, for safety reasons or for any other reasons deemed appropriate, the order and duration of the excursions included in the itinerary may be changed or canceled without prior notice.

If you have reduced mobility, require the use of a wheelchair, or you would prefer this tour to be a private experience for you and your group, you must contact our Experts at +1 888-488-0592 before booking to ensure that your needs can be met.

While on the road, it is highly unlikely that the vehicle will be equipped with wifi or bathroom facilities, though rest stops will be made for long trips. We recommend purchasing a new SIM card at the airport or placing an e-SIM before travel to guarantee internet connection.
