Important cruise information
- The itinerary is subject to change due to adverse weather conditions, docking difficulties or other unforeseen circumstances. All decisions will be taken at the sole discretion of the Captain, prioritizing the safety of the vessel and passengers.
- Our gulets are motorised vessels which, although equipped with sails, primarily operate using the engine. This allows us to maintain punctuality and complete the scheduled weekly itinerary, avoiding wind unpredictability and ensuring all planned stops are enjoyed.
As berths cannot be reserved in advance, earlier arrival increases the likelihood of availability. If no berths are available, the vessel will anchor in a nearby secluded bay, previously agreed by the Captain.
- Onboard cleaning service includes basic daily cleaning of floors, dusting, waste disposal, bathroom cleaning and disinfection of common areas. During the weekly cruise, bed linen and bath towels are changed once. Beach towels are not included.
- Cash: Due to the remote and traditional nature of this cruise route, ATM availability cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, card payment facilities are not available on board. Guests are therefore advised to carry sufficient cash for the duration of the trip.
- The onboard Wi-Fi router operates only when the vessel is connected to port electricity or when the generator is running.
- Showers may be used at any time of day; however, once docked in port, engines are switched off to ensure overnight rest. From midnight onwards, water pressure is reduced and hot water is not available.
- All ports we visit—Ag. Nikolaos, Ag. Effimia, Ithaca, Fiskardo, Nydri (Lefkada), and Zante—are public and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. The only exception is Meganisi, which has a private port. For this reason, especially during high season (July and August), our vessels typically arrive between 2:30 and 4:30 PM to secure an overnight berth. Captains cannot reserve berths in advance, so arriving earlier increases the chances of availability.
Air conditioning
- Air conditioning on board operates only when the generator is running. Due to local port regulations, generators cannot operate after midnight, meaning standard A/C is not available overnight. Electric fans will be provided in the cabins for added comfort.
- In the ports of Zante, Ag. Effimia, Nydri and Ithaca, where no external power supply is available, air conditioning use will be limited to the vessel’s battery or generator capacity, in accordance with local regulations.

Accommodation at the hotels is as indicated. In the event of any changes to accommodation, they will always be of the same, or a higher category. The category of hotels is not standardized across all countries in the world. For this reason, the criteria may differ depending on the destination country's own standards.
In the case of adverse weather conditions, for safety reasons or for any other reasons deemed appropriate, the order and duration of the excursions included in the itinerary may be changed or canceled without prior notice.
If you have reduced mobility, require the use of a wheelchair, or you would prefer this tour to be a private experience for you and your group, you must contact our Experts at +1 888-488-0592 before booking to ensure that your needs can be met.
While on the road, it is highly unlikely that the vehicle will be equipped with wifi or bathroom facilities, though rest stops will be made for long trips. We recommend purchasing a new SIM card at the airport or placing an e-SIM before travel to guarantee internet connection.
