It's time to say 'adiós' to the US and 'hola' to Colombia as you head to your departure airport, ready for a flight to Bogotá. Arrive and transfer to the hotel, ready to get some rest before your adventures begin in the morning. Overnight stay in Bogotá.
Breakfast at the hotel. Get to know Colombia's most iconic city with an action-packed panoramic tour of Bogotá. Discover the atmospheric streets of the historical La Candelaria neighbourhood and soak up the artistic culture at the Botero Museum, home to the works of the best-known Colombian master. Enjoy people-watching in Plaza de Bolivar, home to majestic buildings such as the Palace of San Carlos, the Cathedral and the Lievano Palace. Pay a visit to the fascinating Gold Museum to admire ancient pieces crafted by Pre-Colombian goldsmiths. End the tour with a cable car or funicular ride up to Cerro de Monserrate to visit the historic sanctuary and soak up the beautiful panoramic views of the city! Please note: The above tour requires a moderate amount of walking and activity. The Gold Museum is closed on Mondays and the Botero Museum is closed on Tuesdays. On Sundays, the visit to Cerro de Monserrate will be replaced with a visit to the Casa Quinta de Bolivar Museum.

At the indicated time, transfer to the airport to take a flight to the city of Armenia. Arrive and transfer to the hotel. Armenia is surrounded by the peaks of the Andes and is home to lively plazas and unique architecture. We recommend an optional tour of the Combia Inspiration Coffee Experience, for an unforgettable taste of the local produce.* Overnight stay in Armenia.

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning set off to the Cocora Valley in Quindío. Appreciate the beautiful landscapes along the way and on arrival, enjoy a welcome cocktail. Explore the cloud forest and its biodiversity and discover ancient aboriginal Quindio wax palm rituals, for a unique insight into the local culture. Take the opportunity to plant palm seedlings before heading to the town of Salento to visit the Plaza de Bolivar and the Cocora viewpoint to take in the sweeping views; a truly unforgettable moment. Breakfast at the hotel. Head back into the city today, to the hillside metropolis of Medellin. At the indicated time, transfer to the airport for a flight to Medellin. Arrive and transfer to the hotel, and enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure. Nicknamed the 'City of Eternal Spring', Medellin is known for its beautiful climate, vibrant music scene and diverse cultural treasures. Overnight stay in Medellin.
Breakfast at the hotel. Get to know this colorful city today as you set off on a morning tour of Medellín with a professional tour guide. Begin at the Casa Museo de la Memoria to learn about the turbulent history of the city before taking a cable car ride to the neighborhood of La Sierra, an up-and-coming part of town where you can uncover the essence of modern Medellín in Commune 13, with its vibrant street art and community atmosphere. The remainder of the day is free at your leisure to explore the city at your leisure. Why not explore Colombia's rich artistic heritage at the Antioquia Museum or take a stroll through Plaza Botero? At the indicated time, transfer to the airport to take a flight to Santa Marta, situated on the Caribbean Coast and known for its busy port and beautiful beaches, not to mention the outstanding natural beauty of its surroundings. Arrive, transfer to the hotel and take some time to appreciate the sea views. A romantic stroll along the beach is the perfect way to end the day. Overnight stay in Santa Marta.
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a day at your leisure in beautiful Santa Marta, soaking up the Spanish-influenced architecture and charming atmosphere of the Old Town or simply relaxing on the beach. * Optional Tayrona National Natural Park Excursion: Set off early in the morning to the entrance point of the idyllic Tayrona National Natural Park. After passing through the entrance checks, begin an exciting nature hike of approximately 2 hours through the tropical forest trails to the Arrecifes Sector, recognised for its stunning natural beauty. Admire the abundant nature before arriving at a natural pool, the ideal place for a relaxing swim and enjoy the views of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountain range and the Caribbean Coast. Breakfast at the hotel. At the indicated time, take a shared transfer to Cartagena, a coastal drive of approximately 4-5 hours. Arrive and transfer to the hotel. Cartagena sits on the Caribbean coast and is one of the main ports in Colombia. It's increasingly up-and-coming and has a plethora of quirky bars and eateries and is home to colorful streets and leafy plazas, perfect for exploring! Overnight stay in Cartagena.
Breakfast at the hotel. Self-transfer to the pier this morning to embark on an unforgettable full-day excursion to the Rosario Islands! The shared speedboat service grants spectacular views of the Bay of Cartagena and Boca Chica during the one-hour journey before arriving in the earthly paradise of the Rosario Islands. Spend the day relaxing at the beach and enjoying the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea. This idyllic archipelago is largely undeveloped and offers a true slice of tropical island bliss! Enjoy an included lunch and, if you like, take an optional trip to the San Martin de Pajares Aquarium (to be paid for directly at the destination). After a laid-back day, return to Cartagena at around 3:00 p.m. Self-transfer back to the hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure. Overnight stay in Cartagena.

City Tour Cartagena to San Pedro de Majagua (Rosario Islands)
Self-transfer to the pier for a shared service speedboat to the Rosario Islands National Park. Discover the Bay of Cartagena and Boca Chica from the speedboat (approx. 1 hour journey each way). Enjoy a beach day on the islands with a traditional lunch.
What's included: Transportation in speedboats to and from the pier in shared service, traditional lunch menu consisting of a main course, dessert and a non-alcoholic drink, chairs for the beach.
