After breakfast at the hotel, get out and discover Panama City with a guided walk of the old town. Enjoy exploring the city's most emblematic sights on foot as you pass through the Old Town, noting the Panama Cathedral, Bolívar Palace. Return to the hotel with an included transfer to rest. Also, you can join our optional activities, such as a visit to the Panama Canal* or a boat tour on Gatun Lake**. Overnight stay in Panama City.

*Panama Canal Tour: Watch as ships navigate through its massive locks. You might even spot wildlife such as toucans and monkeys! Learn about the history of this engineering marvel and take in its breathtaking scenery.

**Gatun Lake Boat Tour: Enjoy a scenic ride on this artificial lake that forms the central section of the canal. It’s common to see tropical wildlife, including capuchin monkeys, three-toed sloths, and crocodiles.

Breakfast at the hotel. Spend the day at your leisure, enjoying the city, or alternatively set off on an optional excursion to San Blas Islands*. Overnight stay in Panama City.

*Optional Full-Day San Blas Islands Excursion: Explore some of the world's most remote and pristine islands. Set off along the Pan-American Highway towards the port of Carti. Explore the tiny untouched islands where you can snorkel in the turquoise waters and relax on the palm-fringed shore. Traditional lunch included. Return to Carti and transfer back to Panama City. Please note: You will need your passport.

Breakfast at the hotel. At the indicated time, transfer to the bus station to catch a shared bus to the city of David*. Arrive in David and transfer to Boquete (estimated total travel time: 7h 40min), a beautiful mountain town, surrounded by lush rainforests, known for its colorful atmosphere and culture.

Check-in to the hotel and spend the rest of the day exploring the natural landscapes at your leisure or if you prefer, we recommend the panoramic tour of Boquete**. Overnight stay in Boquete.

*For an additional cost, you can replace the bus journey with a domestic flight from Panama City to David. The transfer to the hotel will then be included. The luggage allowance for this flight is as follows:

**Optional Boquete Panoramic Sightseeing Tour: Tour the beautiful region of Boquete, including its beautiful cloud forest and magnificent coffee culture. Learn about local history and pass by beautiful natural features such as rivers, waterfalls and lush plantations during a 2.5-hour tour.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, set off on an exciting hanging bridges excursion to discover the rainforests of Boquete. Along the way, we’ll walk various trails accompanied by a local guide, who will help us discover the rich flora and fauna of the region’s stunning forests.

*Canopy Tour: adventure & adrenaline: Soar over the treetops, rivers, and waterfalls on a thrilling canopy tour set against the lush backdrop of La Amistad International Park and the iconic Barú Volcano. *Optional Coffee Tour: Boquete is a world-renowned coffee-producing region, so you can learn more about the process of growing and roasting the best beans at a local plantation. Enjoy a coffee tasting session and sample some of the finest coffee in the world.

*Optional Baru Volcano Excursion: Leave at approx. 4:00-4:30 a.m. to climb the iconic Baru Volcano, the highest peak in Panama, in a 4x4 Jeep! Venture through this challenging terrain, and look out for birds and other wildlife along the way as you travel through the highland region of Chiriquí. When you reach the summit, enjoy some light snacks and spectacular views; on a clear day, you can see both the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean. Return to Boquete.

Tuck into breakfast at the hotel before setting off for the idyllic beach resort of Boca Chica, situated on Panama's Pacific Coast. You may even be lucky enough to spot a whale, especially between July and October. Pass by uninhabited islands, snorkel in the crystal clear waters and learn about the local wildlife. *Dolphin Watching: Embark on a boat ride through the Pacific Ocean in search of playful bottlenose dolphins. Watch them jump, show their tails, and glide through the waves alongside the boat. Afterwards, relax on the beach and swim in the ocean to end this unforgettable marine experience.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we get closer to the wildlife of the Gulf of Chiriquí National Park, where you can go on a self-guided kayak excursion and admire the lush landscapes, tropical fish, mangroves, and paradisiacal beaches.

Afterwards, enjoy a fascinating look at local craftsmanship as we visit the town of Horconcitos, known for producing the finest saddles in Panama. Learn all about the process of making these important leather goods and the role of horseback riding in local culture. ** Visit to the Ngäbe-Buglé Indigenous Community: Travel from Boca Chica to the Ngäbe-Buglé Comarca, passing through spectacular landscapes on your way to a community rich in ancestral traditions and knowledge. Experience their warm hospitality, see their traditional clothing, admire their handmade crafts, and savor authentic local flavors depending on the season.

Breakfast at the hotel. At the indicated time, transfer to the bus station to catch a shared bus back to Panama City* (estimated total travel time: 8h 30min). Arrive in Panama City, transfer to the hotel and spend the remainder of the day exploring at your leisure. To wrap up your day, we suggest enjoying a delicious traditional dinner with a live folkloric show**. Overnight stay in Panama City.
