*Canopy Tour: adventure & adrenaline: Soar over the treetops, rivers, and waterfalls on a thrilling canopy tour set against the lush backdrop of La Amistad International Park and the iconic Barú Volcano. Spanning 4.5 kilometres across 12 cables, this high-flying experience offers a unique perspective of the cloud forest, where you may spot monkeys, birds, rodents, and even the elusive quetzal. Along the way, admire the rich biodiversity, including a wide variety of orchids and tropical flowers.

**Panamanian Rum Tour: A multisensory journey designed to refine your palate and awaken your senses. Learn about the intricate processes of distillation and ageing, while discovering the distinct qualities of rum—from aroma and body to alcohol content, colour, and presentation. The tour includes a professional tasting of four premium varieties.

*Optional Coffee Tour: Boquete is a world-renowned coffee-producing region, so you can learn more about the process of growing and roasting the best beans at a local plantation. Enjoy a coffee tasting session and sample some of the finest coffee in the world.

*Optional Baru Volcano Excursion: Leave at approx. 4:00-4:30 a.m. to climb the iconic Baru Volcano, the highest peak in Panama, in a 4x4 Jeep! Venture through this challenging terrain, and look out for birds and other wildlife along the way as you travel through the highland region of Chiriquí. When you reach the summit, enjoy some light snacks and spectacular views; on a clear day, you can see both the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean. Return to Boquete.

Tuck into breakfast at the hotel before setting off for the idyllic beach resort of Boca Chica, situated on Panama's Pacific Coast. Boca Chica offers the pristine views of the ocean, abundant vegetation, picturesque white-sand islands and swaying palm trees. What used to be a small fishing village, Boca Chica today is home to some of the country's most beautiful beaches and resorts and is the gateway to the amazing Gulf of Chiriquí National Park. *Bees and Honey Experience: Immerse yourself in a unique tour of a coffee farm where you’ll discover the fascinating world of bees and butterflies. Observe stingless hives, learn about more than 40 species throughout their life cycle, and finish with an exquisite tasting of raw honey in up to 10 gourmet varieties—medicinal, herb-infused—as well as honey vinegar and honey liqueur.

** Cloud Forest Hike: Enjoy a unique experience in the heart of Boquete's cloud forest with an easy walk full of wildlife. Stroll among mosses, ferns, bromeliads, and giant trees while breathing fresh air and listening to the birds singing. Depending on the season, you may have the chance to see the majestic quetzal in its natural habitat.

Breakfast at the hotel, before setting off on an unforgettable boat excursion to the Chiriqui National Marine Park. Discover the incredible beaches, wildlife and idyllic natural environment. As you cruise through the Gulf of Chiriquí be on the lookout for monkeys, dolphins and birdlife.

You may even be lucky enough to spot a whale, especially between July and October. Pass by uninhabited islands, snorkel in the crystal clear waters and learn about the local wildlife. If you want to make the most of your day, you can join our optional Dolphin Watching* excursion before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay in Boca Chica.

*Dolphin Watching: Embark on a boat ride through the Pacific Ocean in search of playful bottlenose dolphins. Watch them jump, show their tails, and glide through the waves alongside the boat. Afterwards, relax on the beach and swim in the ocean to end this unforgettable marine experience.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we get closer to the wildlife of the Gulf of Chiriquí National Park, where you can go on a self-guided kayak excursion and admire the lush landscapes, tropical fish, mangroves, and paradisiacal beaches.

Afterwards, enjoy a fascinating look at local craftsmanship as we visit the town of Horconcitos, known for producing the finest saddles in Panama. Learn all about the process of making these important leather goods and the role of horseback riding in local culture. You’ll also have the chance to appreciate the quality of these handmade saddles with a short horseback ride (about 10 minutes). Overnight stay in Boca Chica.

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a free day at your own pace, and we recommend joining one of our optional activities, such as a visit to Kiki Waterfall* or the Ngäbe-Buglé Indigenous Community**. Overnight stay in Boca Chica.

*Visit to Kiki Waterfall: Journey deep into the Ngäbe-Buglé Comarca to discover the stunning Kiki Waterfall, a hidden gem surrounded by mountains and jungle. After an exciting 4x4 ride crossing rivers and indigenous villages, you’ll reach this impressive cascade, which you can admire from several viewpoints, even from within. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the river and a delicious traditional lunch.

** Visit to the Ngäbe-Buglé Indigenous Community: Travel from Boca Chica to the Ngäbe-Buglé Comarca, passing through spectacular landscapes on your way to a community rich in ancestral traditions and knowledge. Experience their warm hospitality, see their traditional clothing, admire their handmade crafts, and savor authentic local flavors depending on the season.

Breakfast at the hotel. At the indicated time, transfer to the bus station to catch a shared bus back to Panama City* (estimated total travel time: 8h 30min). Arrive in Panama City, transfer to the hotel and spend the remainder of the day exploring at your leisure. To wrap up your day, we suggest enjoying a delicious traditional dinner with a live folkloric show**. Overnight stay in Panama City.

*For an additional cost, you can replace the bus journey with a domestic flight from David to Panama City. The transfer to the hotel will then be included. The luggage allowance for this flight is as follows:
