About Japan
Accommodation:
Hotel rooms in Japan are usually equipped with one double bed. If you require twin beds, please let us know at the time of booking and we will try our best to accommodate your request, although it cannot always be guaranteed.
Please note that hotel rooms in Japan are generally smaller than those in other countries. Rooms are often compact, and space may feel limited when an extra bed is added. Please also note that double beds in Japanese hotels are not always the standard Western size and can sometimes be less wide.
Children ages 2–11 will be provided with an extra bed. This may be a sofa bed or a single bed (approx. 85–196 cm). Triple rooms will also have an extra bed of the same size.
Meet & Greet in Japan:
Please note that this tour is independent and does not include a Meet & Greet service by default. This can, however, be added as an optional service for an extra cost.
For those passengers who book a trip without international flights through Exoticca, you will need to share your flight details with us with at least 30 days before arrival to Japan if you want to book the Meet & Greet service.

Accommodation at the hotels is as indicated. In the event of any changes to accommodation, they will always be of the same or a higher category. The category of hotels is not standardized across all countries in the world. For this reason, the criteria may differ depending on the destination country's own standards.
In the case of adverse weather conditions, for safety reasons or for any other reasons deemed appropriate, the order and duration of the excursions included in the itinerary may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
