We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation with our suppliers and airlines, and working in accordance with the latest official travel restrictions. Your health and safety are our first priority. We’ll keep you up to date with information regarding travel requirements and send you an email before departure to let you know about the latest requirements, if any, for your trip.

Revised COVID-19 policies:

Given the constantly evolving situation, we want to give you peace of mind with our revised policies, created specifically to help you book with confidence.

Reservations made after January 18th 2022 are covered by our COVID-19 Protection, which protects your trip in case of the following scenarios:

Testing positive for COVID-19: If you or anyone else travelling with you on your booking cannot travel due to testing positive for COVID-19 you will be given the option to reschedule your trip or receive 100% of the trip value in Exoticca travel credit. Proof of infection must be provided in the form of an official COVID-19 positive test result.
Trip cancellation due to a local lockdown or travel ban in your destination: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your trip due to a local lockdown or because any of your destination countries announce a travel ban you will be provided with the option to reschedule your trip or receive 100% of the trip value in Exoticca travel credit.

For booking made outside of these periods, our Standard Cancellation Policy applies.
