Who can participate in the referral program?

Can I combine my referral credit with other promotional offers?
No. You will be able to combine your earned referral credits with each other, but you will not be able to use them in combination with other promotional discounts.
If I cancel my trip, will my credit be refunded?
No. Referral credit and discounts are neither refundable in cash nor Exoticca Wallet credit.
Can I use my credit to pay for additional travel protection or insurance?
No. Referral credits can only be used to make a new booking.
Who can I invite to Exoticca?
You can use your referral code to invite anyone, as long as they have not booked with Exoticca before.
When do I earn Exoticca travel credit?
As a referrer, you earn $100 credit as soon as the person you invite books a trip with us (online or via our call center) and pays the deposit.
Do I need to travel with the people I invite to Exoticca?
No. You do not have to travel on the same trip as the person you are referring to Exoticca.
How do I invite someone to Exoticca?
Login to your Exoticca account to find your unique referral code and share your code with your friends to invite them to Exoticca.
How can I share my unique referral code with my friends?
You can either copy, paste and share your referral code via the channel you prefer (WhatsApp, text message, email etc.) or simply send an email, from our referral page, directly to your friends. Visit our Referral Program page to choose your preferred method and start sharing!
If I refer more than one friend, can I combine my credits?
Multiple referral credits may be combined and used on future bookings.
Can my referred friends and I combine our credits and use them to book a trip together?
Only one person per booking may use their referral credits. If you and your referred friends would like to use your credits to take the same trip, the bookings must be done separately and you cannot share the same room.
As a referrer, when do my rewards expire?
As a referrer (someone sharing a referral code) each $100 referral credit you earn will have a validity of 24 months from the moment your referred friend books a trip with us.
My friend invited me to Exoticca. How do I get my $100 discount?
If you've been invited to Exoticca by a friend, when you make your first booking with us, your $100 discount will be available in your Exoticca Wallet and can be used as a payment method during the online checkout process. If you'd prefer to sign up and purchase a trip via our Call Center, simply let the agent know you have been referred by a friend and provide the unique referral code sent to you by your friend.
My friend invited me to Exoticca and I booked my first trip. Can I earn more credit now?
Yes, now you can start sharing your unique referral code and earn credit by inviting new friends to Exoticca.
I’ve been invited to Exoticca, when will my reward expire?
If you've been invited to Exoticca by a friend, your $100 discount credit is valid for 90 days from the moment you create an account with Exoticca.
